Welcome to your Summer Reading Circle!


Summer often invites us to slow down, catch our breath, and reconnect with ourselves. Yet for many of us, slowing down can feel surprisingly difficult. We spend so much time caring for others that our own needs, emotions, and healing often end up at the bottom of the list.
 

This summer, I invite you to join our Summer Reading Circle; a gentle journey of reflection, growth, and self-discovery. Together, we'll explore books that help us better understand anxiety, self-compassion, and healthy boundaries. These books are not assigned reading or homework. Think of them as companions for your healing journey, offering new perspectives, practical tools, and opportunities for meaningful self-reflection.
Whether you read every page or simply take away one helpful idea, my hope is that each book helps you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and a greater sense of compassion for the person you've been and the person you're becoming.

 

Bring your questions, insights, and reflections to our conversations. There is no pressure to have all the answers. This is simply an invitation to learn, grow, and treat yourself with the same kindness you so freely offer others.
